Social Networking: Connect with other Anytime Fitness members locally or around the world. Make your profile public or restrict it to friends. You can even restrict it to only your trainer. Give him/her access to your exercise and food logs! This is a great tool for your trainer to help you acheive your fitness goals more efficiently.

If you or a member you know is making great progress or has achieved a personal goal, please send us a note about it - tracy.pax@anytimefitness.com. I'm putting together some member stories for the website and will be posting a bulletin board about members who have achieved milestones of 25, 50, 75, 100+ pounds lost.
Reminders
-Wash your hands before and after your workout to help us prevent the spread of
colds and flu.
-Make sure you use the disinfectant sprays provided to clean off equipment when you
are finished with it.
-Please help us cut back on energy drains by turning off bathroom lights and cardio
TVs when you are finished. We are an earth-conscious family/business and every
little bit helps.
