AF Tour de WA
Join our in-club FREE competition!

On January 1, 2010, at both Vancouver locations, we launched our new workout competition.  It's a simulated race around Washington state.  For each 30 minutes you workout in the club, you mark off 25 miles on the chart.  The more you workout, the faster you "travel" around the state.  The first member at each club to make it around the state and back to Vancouver wins the 1st Place prize.  Each member who completes the race also wins a prize. 

This is a free activitiy open to members and based on the honor system.  Only workouts completed in the club count toward race miles.  Classes and personal training sessions count to toward mileage.  Participation in the upcoming Winter Fitness Challenge also counts toward the mileage.

Located near the chart is a map of Washington.  Each currently open Anytime Fitness club in the state is noted on the chart and the map.  AF locations are marked with an AF "Running Man" sticker.  For areas with great distances between clubs, there are Points of Interests marked with a star.  These are real locations that you may be interested in visiting some day.

Library:  health and fitness related information and articles, written by top experts in their fields.  This information is updated daily.

Social Networking:  Connect with other Anytime Fitness members locally or around the world.  Make your profile public or restrict it to friends.  You can even restrict it to only your trainer.  Give him/her access to your exercise and food logs!  This is a great tool for your trainer to help you acheive your fitness goals more efficiently.

Upcoming Gym Events:

Basic Classes
We are excited to offer Yoga classes downtown!  But sadly, it is in jeopardy of closing.  We need a few more people to take advantage of this wonderful HOUR-long class.  On it's own, it's an amazing price - $18 per month (only $2.25 per class) or drop ins at only $5 per class!  Compare this to studios, were you can pay between $12 and $18 per class.  This class is also open to non-members at $35 per month (only $4.40 per class, and cheaper still once all classes are open) and drop ins for only $10! 

Our Pilates, Pilates Fusion and Cardio Kickboxing classes are still on hold, waiting for enough participants to get them open.  Each class is included in the $18 monthly fee, which brings the per-class cost down to $.90!! ($30 for non-members - $1.50 per class) Please look for sign up sheets on the table by John's office downtown.  Or you can email Tracy at tracy.pax@anytimefitness.com.

Extended through March, enrollment is ONLY $20.10 when you join on your first tour of the club. 

Reminders
-Wash your hands before and after your workout to help us prevent the spread of    
 
colds and flu.  
-Make sure you use the disinfectant sprays provided to clean off equipment when you
 are finished with it.
-Please help us cut back on energy drains by turning off bathroom lights and cardio
 TVs when  you are finished.  We are an earth-conscious family/business and every
 little bit helps.
