Specialty classes are ran by independent instructors with their own class-specific fees. Please call for details.

Participants need not be club members.

One monthly rate grants unlimited access to all classes currently held and any added on in the future. Specialty classes have separate fees and are not included in the Basic Classes Package.

  • Cardio Kickboxing | Monday/Wednesday 5:25pm
    High energy cardio and strength-building class.  It uses basic boxing punhes - jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts as well as kicks - front, side, rear.  No bags, gloves or wraps are used in this class.  Other conditioning exercise are incorporated to create a highly effective, fun overall body workout.
  • Move & Groove | Tuesday/Thursday 5:25pm, Saturday 9:30am
    A fully choreographed hybrid class incorporating typical aerobic moves, dance steps, sport agility skills, cardio kickboxing, and floor work.  This class is interactive, fun and motivating.  It's perfect for all ages and skill levels.
  • Senior Workout/Qi Gong | Tuesday/Thursday 3:30pm
    This class is designed for those with more limited mobility.  Spend time in a supportive environment that helps you increase your endurance, strength and flexibility.  Perfect for those new to working out, seniors and those with movement limitations.
  • Tai Chi | Thursday 6:25pm, Saturday 10:30am
    Tai Chi is defined by the Chinese as the "Ultimate Supreme Force". It is also described as "Stillness in Motion". This powerful meditative force is touted by the Mayo Clinic as one of the best ways to deal with stress. The Yang Family short form is emphasized in this class. It is perfect for anyone wanting balance, tranquility and centering.
  • Power Yoga | Monday 6:25pm
    Yoga is the integration of mind and body. It offers the benefits of physical fitness while incorporating stress reduction. Strength, stretching and relazation combine to create a healthful balance. The focus of this class is more toward physical exertion rather than relaxation. This is perfect for those experienced in the are of yoga, but is equally beneficial for whose new to the art.
